An architectural model is crafted to manifest a realistic three dimensional interpretation of a design.  The objective is to display in miniature form the appearance of projects before design development and construction begins in order to aid client or investor participation.

Model making forms an integral part of the concept development process for each relevant project and enhances the aesthetic and functional aspects of a planned development.  As such, it is instrumental in helping discover shortfalls and deficiencies in a proposal, which permits initiating remedial measures and plan adjustments and modifications.

Architectural models continue to assume a prominent place in the field of presentation, despite the advent of computer based screen displays of tri-dimensional 3D simulations that at times lack the realistic impression that a physical architectural model leaves with the viewer.
